Campus Departments looking to schedule a basic meeting location can submit a space request directly through 25Live.
Facilities may also be requested by phone at 716-878-6114, email or by completing an Event Application.
If necessary, Events Management will contact you for additional information.
Keys will need to be picked up from the Events Management Office (Cleveland Hall 319) for the following locations: Caudell 110, Buckham B145, and A114. Bulger Communication Center smart console keys are required to access smart consoles after 5pm M-F, and on the weekends.
Campus departments/offices wishing to plan a large-scale event should begin by immediately completing an Event Application.
After your Event Application is reviewed, Events Management will contact you to schedule a meeting to discuss logistics.
Please note: Campus Departments planning to host an external organization, will be soley responsible to attend the event and will be required to sign an agreement with the Events Management Office.
