Faculty Reservation Process

Reservation Process for Faculty/Staff 


  • Campus Departments looking to schedule a basic meeting location can submit a space request directly through 25Live.
  • Facilities may also be requested by phone at 716-878-6114, email or by completing an Event Application.
  • If necessary, Events Management will contact you for additional information.
  • Keys will need to be picked up from the Events Management Office (Cleveland Hall 319) for the following locations: Caudell 110, Buckham B145, and A114. Bulger Communication Center smart console keys are required to access smart consoles after 5pm M-F, and on the weekends.
  • Campus departments/offices wishing to plan a large-scale event should begin by immediately completing an Event Application.
  • After your Event Application is reviewed, Events Management will contact you to schedule a meeting to discuss logistics.

Please note: Campus Departments planning to host an external organization, will be soley responsible to attend the event and will be required to sign an agreement with the Events Management Office.
