Caudell Hall contains state-of-the-art classrooms, computer labs, conference rooms, offices, and food laboratories for areas in Buffalo State's School of the Professions including the Hospitality and Tourism, Health, Nutrition, and Dietetics, Social Work, and Speech-Language Pathology departments. Caudell Hall's first floor includes food basics and baking labs, a catering lab, and a demonstration area in the main lobby. On the second floor, the Health, Nutrition, and Dietetics Department hosts a food lab. The building's exterior is clad with aluminum, glass, and terra cotta panels providing a striking appearance to this centrally located campus facility.
